Images taken in and around Makassar, Sulawesi, Indonesia, on assignment with VSO Indonesia. My brief was to produce a selection of images to illustrate the work of a number of small community organisations and NGOs. Subjects covered included microfinance and credit schemes for small businesses, waste management, pollution, watershed management, healthcare, support for the blind and organic farming.
